Returns & Warranty
At Handology, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your online shopping experience overall. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment and this is reflected in our Returns Policy.
Handology will offer a 'Change Of Mind' refund provided that:
- Our standard return policy lasts 30 days after delivery. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, typically we can’t arrange a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item and its packaging must not show any signs of use and must be in the same condition that you received it in.
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note we provide a US-based returns address.
- In order to process your return, we require you to provide us with your return shipment's tracking information.
- Please note that packages that are "Returned To Sender" or "Refused" are absolutely, 100% not eligible for refund and there are no exceptions to this policy. Do not "Return To Sender" or "Refuse" a package. If you do so, you will not be able to get a refund. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you send a package back marked "Return To Sender" or "Refused" not only will you not be eligible for a refund (no exceptions) but we are also unable to ship your product back to you. Do not use this method under any circumstance.
- we may require a video that would support the issue being reported. Once received, we’ll gladly process the replacement or refund whichever is appropriate.
All of our products are covered by a 3 month manufacturer's warranty, meaning we will repair or replace your device at no charge in the unlikely event your device is defective. In all cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For warranty processing, please send us an email at email@example.com.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at the checkout prior to completing your order, as customer input errors may result in you not receiving your product(s).
Handology is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
